Splitpaw down?

<p>Lots of lag on Splitpaw from around 11pm UK time on Saturday 6th Nov. Bordering on unplayable.</p><p>Worse lag for many in raid on Sunday 7th from 7pm UK time onwards. At around 21:40 server seemed to freeze and now I can't log in - login server not available at first, then a few mins later char select screen says server down.</p><p>Generally lag on splitpaw has been an issue for many weeks now, with people frequently being kicked to char select on zoning or camping to other characters.</p>

<p>I have experienced a fair number of problems zoning (being kicked to character select) either on my fairly low end laptop or my high end desktop, and there was a bit of periodic lag today before the server went down.</p><p>One suggestion to pass onto the people who maintain the SOE server status page, currently it shows Splitpaw is still up.  But it does leave a clue that something is wrong since every other server responded fairly recently while Splitpaw hasn't responded for a much longer duration.</p><p>They could put a problem state in there if Splitpaw fails to respond perhaps three times in a row to an update request?</p>

<p>Its still happening today. Each time there appears to be a mini rollback. Its just a tiny bit, but noticibly different form the times you are "in limbo" just before a crash.</p>

<p>With the fear of having this thread locked down as well</p><p>do we have any news on the matter ?</p><p>the amount of affected playerbase reaches over 50% of the raiding guilds on our server(splitpaw)</p><p>the canceled raids and the lag have been the standard discussion subject on nearly every channel verbal or typed</p><p>there are some speculations of different routers/paths/firmwares/brands etc</p><p>The only certain so far is : we didnt have this problem 7-10 days ago</p><p>With the current rate this problem will either solve it self or lead to another exodus of the European player base</p><p>Can we have an update on the matter please ??  and if that is not possible from the TSR can we direct it at target another department higher on the organization tree ..... ???</p><p>Regards,</p><p>Andreas</p>
