I went to options in the launcher and switched it to test. It gave me a brief update and then when I click play I get

"EverQuest2.exe - System Error"

"The program can't start because d3d39_35.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstgalling the program to fix this problem."

Does this mean that the streaming launcher did not install my game properly, or what? I reformatted my machine and reinstalled via the streaming launcher link on the EQII site. My game is working just fine, but I can't seem to get test to cooperate. My test toons must be lonely.

Suggestions anyone?

Well, looks like my testing days are over since I cannot seem to get an answer to my questions. Sadly dissapointing.

This is the forum for posting feedback and bug reports about content currently on the test server for testing. If you want help with your connectivity problem you need to post the details over on the support forum where the support guys will see it.

Isn't that the DX9 error? Maybe you could try reinstalling that.

If OP does a search for d3d39_35.dll on the forums there are many similar issues all resulting in re-installing DirectX from the Microsoft Download.

You could try downloading and installing/re-installing the DirectX runtime @ http://www.microsoft.com/download/e...ails.aspx?id=35
