<p>Okay so after a few days of deciding if I should get into EQ2 or not I decided to.</p><p>I log in on the EQ2 main page, click buy the game now, select the bundle and then my subscription of 14.99 per month.</p><p>I get to the part where I enter the credit card info, enter it ALL in correctly, and then it says </p><p><span style="color: #f66e6e; font-family: arial, sans-serif; background-color: #000000;">We're Sorry. Unfortunately, your payment provider was unable to complete this purchase. These issues can be common with some payment providers. Please retry your purchase, or if issues persist, contact your payment provider directly to resolve this issue. You may also reattempt your purchase with a different method of payment. (Error: PT-596)</span></p><p>What do I do? I've tried multiple times on two different trial accounts...what the heck?</p>

I've tried multiple times on two different trial accounts...what the heck?</p></blockquote><p>first - have you talked to who ever issued your credit card as is recommended?</p><p>second - try using live chat to talk to SOE support during their normal business hours - live chat can be gotten to by the Search the Knowldge Base link in the upper right corner of the forum</p>

<p>The error Pt-596 is very specific. You must call your issuing bank to discuss this further. This is 'block' of sorts put in place by your issuing bank.</p>
