Authenticator and Launcher

<p></p><p >I just recently added an authenticator to my account and I am having problems logging into the game. My password and pin are under the 15 character limit and I can log on the forums fine.<span>   </span>It seems that the launcher doesn’t authenticate correctly and I have to keep shutting it down and waiting a few minutes to get the authenticator to work so I can play the game.</p>

<p>Our older patch methods won't support a base password of 10 characters or more when using our authenticator.</p><p>You'll need to upgrade to our latest LaunchPad for Everquest II for passwords of 10 or more characters.</p><p><a href="http://launch.soe.com/eq2" target="_blank">[EQII] LaunchPad</a></p>
