So far as I can remember they removed the black market brokers a few years back due to the fact that the brokerage is shared now. You can shop at Freeport from Qeynos, good from evil, etc from the same one now. There's a 20% fee increase for opposing factions though I think. Not positive on that though. Hope that helps

on test copy you can't do that. you can't trade between good and evil aligned or even mail from a evil character to a good character. but i found a forgien(sp) broker at new halas. so that solved my problem. only one though for the whole of the world? scarey.

I don't know if they're still in the game, but there used to be two black market brokers:

-One in East Freeport way out on that island in the bay

-One in Qeynos Harbor, underneath the street. You got to this one by swimming under the bridge that connects the docks to the city, and going through a hole in the wall that connects to an underground chamber where the broker was/is. The Qeynos betrayal NPC also was/is down there.

There's also one in the central stump of Kelethin but if the server is still pvp flagged I have no idea if they are available. And beyond that one has to wonder why you're even looking for one on test copy? As a temporary server there isn't usually much for sale on the broker anyway.

What about the two brokers in Mara? They say they are for the two different markets, not sure how they work these days but they used to work when the markets were separate.

There used to be two brokers, one for Qeynos, one for Freeport, in Mara. Been a long, long time since I looked, but they used to be there.

there's not one in qeynos where sprockfuddle is, the guy there says fuddlesprock is in antonica. but the guards in antonica don't know what i'm talking about when i ask. i looked for the one in mara, there's no brokers in mara. and no fence in the nibrite(sp) camp in butcherblock? or whereever they are. i didn't go in freeport or know there was one in kelethin so i didnt look there.

the reason i need one on test copy is simple. i made a evil character, just one. all the rest of my characters are good. the problem is, i like the evil one a lot more so i'm always on her. kind of makes it hard to transfer stuff unfortunatly.

Pre-Merger of the brokering dudes and aside from the ones already named in this thread -

"IF" you have faction with one of the Courts in Maj'Dul the brokers in there would work for both. Just one of the few perks for having Call of Ro and faction in Maj'Dul at the time. The merchants would also buy all your relics which made that easier than running all over the city looking for the right city guild rep.

It might have been neat if they had consolidated barter and trade to Maj'Dul as the only truly nuetral city in the game and worked on brokerage fees for all other cities. That is such a unique city, would be nice to see them expand, NOT REVAMP, but expand on its uses a little. Maybe add travel caravans that are guarded for little toons to be escorted to various parts of the city so the thieves didnt gank them. Fix the arenas maybe, add a guild hall option there for Exiles?

The possibilities are endless . . .

Well a visit to Qho with a newbie on Copy and some shopping later, you can buy from both sides in Moors. The brokers are just by the wizard spire at the drop zone. I was looking for something that was easy to reach, because both brokers were indeed missing on Mara on Test Copy. There are probably more brokers like that, in faction areas etc. But Moors is a perfect travel hub anyway, bell, spires, druid rings...

nm, I didn't read closely enough and was just repeating the Moors info . But once pvp is turned off, Test Copy should go back to normal.

How about the black market fence out way way along the seawall at Danak Shipyard in Jarsath Wastes (of course the guards may not like you).
