Game sound echo

<p>Hi there, I am just back to game and having a problem with my sounds. For every action there is an echo of the sound or a tick for each click that happens. Casting a spell and the sound echos. I have tried adjusting any settings in game that might be the problem but it did not help. Any suggestion as to where to look to fix this please?</p><p>Fel</p>
