<p>I'm not sure this is the place for this but it's directly related to technical support, or lack thereof as is the case, so I'll try here. I've just cancelled my accounts and I was very surprised to see only 2 questions in the exit survey. Is there another venue to let someone who cares know why an account is cancelled?</p>

You were told that the information is already available to us, as in the people who are handling the ticket you asked it to be merged with. None of which is me since I have nothing to do with Character Transfers.</p><p>What's the complaint though? We have a billing issue charging you manually and it has caused a delay of 3 days since our attempt to complete your request. Is there something more specific other than an issue we are trying to fix as quickly as possible?</p>

<p>Spoke with our CTS department. You can buy the token on live. Just update the ticket with which character it was purchased on. Has to be the same account of course. But update this ticket, 111011-000849</p>
