Purchased a character slot, didn't receive it

<p>As the topic title suggest, I have an issue with a character slot I bought. I bought it in the character select screen. I didn't get an item, and the create character tab remains grey.</p>

<p>I had this happen to me and after a petition and a few different answers I was contacted by billing and told that it was applied to EQ2X, even though I don't ever play there. It seems it defaulted (from character select) to applying the character slot to the EQ2X server.</p><p>You should petition and let them know that you purchased it from the char select screen and they should be able to get it fixed up for you. It didn't take long for mine.</p>
