Heritage quest "The Stormhammer" unfinishable

<p>The heritage quest "The Stormhammer" cannot be completed at the current time at the appropriate level of experience.</p><p>It is a level 35 quest in the quest journal but the final monster is a level 70 ^^^ troll.</p><p>I know you are busy with expansion, tuning Drunder and so forth but please don't neglect the lower level quests. I haven't seen any fixes for any broken lower level quests in a while and it seems that items that were broken in the item re-tune haven't been addressed either.</p><p>So ... can someone please look into these issues? Please?</p>

<p>The revamp of Kaladim messed up so many things. Never understood why they didnt just add a separate lower level instance like Runnyeye.</p>

<p><span ><p>I'm trying to finish stormhammer myself.  i'm on the part of the subquest "Refurbished Goods" where you have to kill mobs to get the armor parts.  i've killed all the mobs the walkthroughs tell me to kill, but have not received any quest updates at all on this.  i think the armor pieces may be missing from the loot tables.  can a dev look into this please?</p><p>Moldragor</p></span></p>

<p>Thankfully, the original issue being reported in this old thread has already been resolved.  Xicotl is of the correct level for the quest and zone.</p><p>As for your issue, Moldragor, I cannot find anything amiss.  In fact, I was just in game and confirmed that it all functioned, with a 100% drop rate off of the correct creatures.  I suggest you be sure to hunt Clan Kragbak kobolds and Clan Grungetalon goblins, just as your quest journal notes.  Other kobolds or goblins will not suffice, even if they are found in Kaladim.</p><p>~Kaitheel</p>
