View Full Version : Tried to log in and it says incorrect username or password

<p>I tried to log onto my main account after canceling my eq2 subscription and the SoE website as well as EQ2 says invalid username or password. I tried to reset my password but it still gives the same error after the password reset. Just as a side note the account was charged for the month a few days prior.</p>

<p>I experienced this also with one of my accounts. I opened a ticket and sent a request to SOE. Very disturbing to be able to reset your account password (and get the mail notifications from SOE telling notifying you) but not be able to log in.</p>

No error messages, nothing just poof it was closed. My friends all report that I disappeared immediately on their end at the same time, I didn't go LD and linger in the world. When I went to login again it said my username/password were incorrect. Still experiencing the same problem. I cannot log into account management, LON, EQ2, none of it. It reset my password twice, talked to CS on the phone and they sent me yet another link to reset my password, it has been reset a 3rd time in the past 12 hours, but even though I get the email saying the new password has been set, I still cannot log in. The CS person logged into my account from their end just to make sure the account was still accessible. They had no problems. However, it has to be a account issue because I can log into this account just fine, just not my main account. I can't log into my main account on any computer, not just this one. Really hoping they find the cause and a solution quickly.</p>

<p>also happend to me, i found myself logged out of station launcher and DC universe even thogh i had the remember me checked. it wont let me sign in. i cant even reset my password saying my secret question answer is wrong.</p>

<p>Ok, I had this same problem about invalid username/password trying to login this morning.</p><p>I last logged in on Sunday. Tried changing my password 3 times. Got message saying it was successful but still got same error trying to login.</p><p>My husband did live chat for me as soon as it opened at 10:00 pst today. It was resolved immediately. The CSR said it has happened to thousands of accounts where the system locked the account itself which was the problem. He unlocked it and it is working fine now. So you might want to get ahold of customer service instead of doing the ticket route. <p>I just got locked out of one of my accounts just now. It worked Yesterday and now I can't get in. Is there a reccommended solution to this.</p>
