View Full Version : My account has been changed from normal EQ2 to EQ2extended for some reason.

<p>I was logged in a few hours ago without problem but when I tried it again just a few minutes ago it didn't work.</p><p>On the login screen where it normally says "Play" is says "Not Playable" and underneath it says subscription required.  I went and looked at my account and for some reason it says that I don't have an active EQ2 account but that I have an active EQ2 extended account at bronze level.  I've never signed up for EQ2 extended.</p><p>The 4th is usually when SOE bills us and it's supposed to do it automatically.  Did something get screwed up and it put a payment on Extended instead of regular EQ2 or what?  Our cc has a security thing that we have to update every now and then but we just did that a month or two ago.</p><p>Thanks.</p>

<p>Everquest 2 Extended Bronze is our free to play tier of membership.</p><p>I would assume there was a billing issue and contact our support staff directly to discuss it.  I can't assist you here as I would need personal information and non-subscribed accounts cannot send PM's.</p>
