<p>I know I'm being a pest, but I would really like to gift some of this stuff. I'm sure if you look at my history, 80% of my station cash stuff was spent on gifts and once gifting went in I bought lots of station cash. I prefer giving things to my guild mates rather then buying myself. Not knowing the gifting rules is a problem. Please, I beg in this thread like I have in others, tell the gifting rules as not being able to gift the new stuff is upsetting when you don't know when or if you'll be able to gift it.</p>

I just had someone check and players should indeed be able to gift these items. If you are not able to gift them, please submit a /bug report or contact <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=457291" target="_blank">Customer Service</a> as this is not intended. </p>

<p>The CS person was not exactly helpful. I just got off the phone and he said that there were some new items that were not giftable by some accounts but there wasn't rhyme or reason to which accounts were affected or why they were. I have my own theory, but the CS person told me that it shouldn't matter. I've run into it before with this account when trying to purchase online expansions - the account was originally my late husbands and they had to 'convert' it after he passed away (with a copy of the death certificate) to  read as mine so I could server transfer.</p>

<p>I have also /bugged this issue in game, but I would really like to know if there is any ETA on a fix?  I would find it really annoying to have bought station cash specifically to buy this item for my SO only to have him buy it for himself.  The surprise is already spoiled by him having seen the mount before I could purchase it.</p>

<p>I have /bugged this problem in game and written about it on the general forums.  Right now I am slightly annoyed at the fact that there has been absolutely no answer whatsoever from SOE regarding an ETA of a fix or even if there is going to be anything done about this.  I specifically bought station cash in order to gift this item to my other half and, as he is now intending to buy it himself rather than wait months, my money can be considered wasted as there is absolutely nothing else on your store I would consider buying. I do not want the mount for myself, preferring the white pegasus, so where does that leave me?  As far as customer service goes I find this experience more than just a little disappointing.</p>
