Butcherblock, Timerous Deep character never loads

<p>So, I have one character on the Butcherblock server.  He's in Timerous Deep (right near the docks I believe).  I haven't been playing him much, but usually try to log all my characters in to update their researching skill and this one has been unavailable for several days in a row now.</p><p>When attempting to log him in, it loads up to the "Updating enviornment map" point, and then the client freezes and has to be killed off.  My other characters on Unrest have no issues.</p>

<p>First start by deleting your Cache folder under EQII.  You can right-click the EQII game icon and select Open File Location.  Simply delete the Cache folder.   Next, does your EQII game folder have an asset_cache or PAKS folder in it?</p><p>If it has a PAKS folder, open it up and delete the following files.</p><p>exp04_rgn_timorous_deep.vpk</p><p>exp04_rgn_timorous_deep_SG.vpk</p><p>Snd_exp04_Amb_timorousdeep.vpk</p><p>Restart the LaunchPad once deleted and these files will be re-downloaded/re-built for you.  Give that a shot and see if it allows you in to the zone then.</p>
