<p>Darkness and Light is a level 70 guild on the Crushbone server, full of both Good and Evil characters from all races. Our guild hall is currently based in Gorowyn, but we will soon be moving to the hall off of the Commonlands dock after recently achieving level 70. We are excited for the move, and are openly looking for new members of all levels, classes, and races to join our ranks! Good and evil are both encouraged to apply.</p><p>We know that choosing a guild is an important decision, as who you play with can greatly impact your play experience in any game. With Darkness and Light, we strive to create and encourage an atmosphere where everyone feels like they are a part of something, can play in the style that suits them, and can forge meaningful and lasting friendships within the game. In that vein, you will see members welcoming others as they log on, congratulating them as they gain achievements, levels, items and other accomplishments, helping each other to gain said accomplishments, and grouping together often. You also will randomdly see an amount of light Role-Playing going on in guild chat, but this is by no means required or demanded and no one is ostracized or scolded if they choose not to RP. We have both hardcore RP'ers and those who do not RP at all, and everyone has a great time.</p><p>Furthermore, Darkness and Light does not demand or outline required playtimes, donations, contributions, or any of the such. We operate on a completely voluntary basis, with no strict demands on our players. How far you advance within the guild is mostly up to you; if you want to contribute and regularly do so, then we have an established system that outlines the ranks and requirements for advancing.</p><p>Overall, we have a great environment full of wonderful people. We are a tightly knit group that wishes to enjoy the game at our own pace, have fun, and see as much of the game as we can. We currently do not have a raiding team established, but would be more than willing to pursue such content when we have enough people interested in doing so. We do have a raiding alliance established within the game that allows those interested to pursue this, should they so choose.</p><p>As far as the rules that we do have, they are the following:</p><p>1. Be considerate and polite, respecting your fellow guild members. No trolling, no hate speech, no discimrination, nor <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>any</strong></span> kind of excessive negativity will be tolerated. We have a wide variety of people who play, and no one will be tolerated that in any way tries to spread hate.</p><p>2. We keep guild chat PG-13; we have a lot of couples that play and have their children play occasionally, as well, so we discourage profanity in guild chat. This is not to say that none of us have dirty mouths; we just keep it in check in guild chat.</p><p>3. Membership does require that you signup on the website to be incorporated into the guild.</p><p>Above all else, our focus is on fun. Everyone is welcome, and we hope to hear from you. From none to seasoned. We have a wide variety of players, some who have played for years and some who have just started.
