<p>fortress spire BP has more crit mit then then zek BP.</p><p>the Zek BP has almost no mitigation.</p><p>the Drunder X2 BPs now have the "Epitaph of Velocity" Proc, and actual raid ones dont.</p><p>the Tower of Tactics BP is still better the Tower of Frozen Shadow BP, which makes almost no sense, since the ToT is a rather easy zone to clear, and done daily, while the ToFS can only be ran every few days, and you have to compete against 11 other people for it, and is a much more complicated fight, instead of just a massive burn.</p>
