Is the item tinkering still ongoing?

<p>Hello,</p><p>I'm just wondering if the item tinkering is ongoing or if it's mostly been put to rest for a certain level range. If the tinkering is still going on (and I know it's always an ongoing process, but I mean at the rates we've seen since the last game update) and there's a certain level range or ranges still being worked on, I think it'd be nice to know. I am currently heading into a new tier of gear and I'd hate to destroy or otherwise ignore armour if it's still earmarked for further tinkering.</p><p>Any heads up on this process would be welcome.</p>
