I have no problem loading maps and zones. But once im in the zone I can barely walk without lagging, honestly I cant even walk without lagging. I may need a new graphic card or video card? I have no idea, I know abit about computers but not much about interal stuff such as this or how to check what kind of software I run it on. Please help, I pay for this game and can't even play it? Not too fun, i'm highly frustrated and considering just giving up on the game. Any assisstance would be very helpful on how to make the game run with less lag...

Your laptop may be able to play the game, but u'll have to turn down all of the settings and visit intel or your motherboard manufacturer for the latest drivers for the onboard device.

Visit your laptop manufacturer's support site and download the latest drivers directly from them. I can make the recommendations but you'll have to find and install them.

What I think you are referring to is hard drive space, of which less than 2GB will not be sufficient to play EQII. What may be happening is that you are installing it to a new folder. Make sure you point the installer to your existing EQII game folder so there is minimal downloading that has to happen.
