black screen after character creation.

<p>I finally got level 90 on my wizard so I decided it was time to make another character. I went ahead and made a Fae and started out in Greater Faydark. after the loading screen, my UI appeared and I could hear the sounds and the NPC talking but most of the screen was black. I could not move my character, teleporting did not fix the error. I tried logging out but that did not fix it and so I deleted the character and made another Fae, yet the problem continued. I would like to be able to get past this problem so that I can play this character race.</p><p>This problem does not happen when creating in other starting areas, only happens in Greater Faydark with any race.</p>

<p>Which patcher are you using?  You can get the version information from the INFO or OPTIONS button on the patcher itself.</p>

<p>Everythigns working on our end.  Logged you in and moved you around a bit.</p><p>We have a few options here.  First, run through the instructions I have for you below.  This will clear the game cache and configuration settings.  Once that is done, run a full asset scan from the LaunchPad options.  </p><p>The other option is to download and install our Full download version.  This will require a full redownload of the game, 12+GB worth of data, and should only be done as a last resort.</p>
