<p>Yesterday i am getting random disconects. After 3 times it says my password is not correct.</p><p>my account is paid till 04.10.2011 and now it says its closed.</p><p>Referencenumber of Petition: 110920-000549</p><p>when i try to resub i get this error: <a href="http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/90/bestellungsoe.jpg/" target="_blank">http://imageshack.us/photo/my-image...tellungsoe.jpg/</a></p><p>I am clueless please help.</p>

<p>When i call the german phonenumber it says just a little moment and then it says it is closed.</p><p>it is now 16:11 in Germany and the support schould be available but thats not the case.</p>

<p>Give it about another 5 minutes or so and try it again.  Let me know if theres still issues with the phone line.</p>
