'Reinforced' BG gear

<p>How do you get the 'reinforced' gear? I bought some regular 'soul pillager' boots not realising that there was a better alternative. Does it only become visible on the merchant at 40k faction?</p>

<p>There isn't a better alternative.  The stuff you are talking about are armour sets only available on nagafen, and the set bonus does not apply in battlegrounds.</p>
