eqII wont let me play and i have all access

<p>on station launcher eqii doesnt have the add ons button, and when i click it sends me to a mini page to buy 3 versions of DoV which I ALREADY HAVE. and on the eqII launcher it says im not subbed. HELP. I WANT TO PLAY EVERQUEST!!</p>
