Normal Mobs not dropping chests? Is Jarasth Wastes one of the places?

<p>I remember reading abt certain mobs no longer dropping any chests,  I don't recall what zone or level but it was open world zones.  (Couldn't find the threads as they are buried.)  I'm working on my necromancer's epic and have been in jarasth wastes killing hundreds of (yes HUNDREDS) dracurian keepers to get the Prism of the Red Lord to drop, which drops off a chest.  In over an hour and half, over 35% XP with no vitality (i.e., normal xp), and spawning the named 5x, not one of them have ever dropped a chest.  Therein lies the problem.  My item only comes from chests.</p><p>I /petition but don't expect to hear back anytime soon and suspect the GM will tell me "oh well too bad so sad", as they often do when it comes to quests <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" />.  That means that I cannot get my epic.</p><p>Were some of the mobs in Jarasth Wastes one of the places that refused to drop chests?  (Temple Sentinels did drop their chest that I needed for the epic only one or two kills before spawning the name.)</p><p>Thanks.</p>
