<p>How do I find the error code message?  My pc has been crashing for months trying to play eq2, but it crashes to a white screen and no error messages.   I have no idea what the problem is because I can't find any error messages, just that it locks up and shuts off my system.</p>

<p>We can find out why EQII is crashing for you.  Go ahead and contact our support staff directly to open a ticket.  Include your MSINFO/DXDIAG files as described in my forum signatures.  You may also give me the incident number and I'll dig in to it personally.</p>
