The only info I can find on it is that Chalmo (85 necromancer on Splitpaw) uploaded a link of the item to Lootdb and Zam. I'm kinda kicking myself for not buying it when I saw it, but figured I'd be able to ask around and find out where it drops. Well, I figured wrong!</span></p>
