Possible Hacked account

<p>Hello I tried to log on my old account to update my information and resubscribe but I'm having issues. Says the name/pw is invalid. I checked my character and as far as I know it was updated much more recently then when I last played it. Maybe I'm just mistaken but I was looking for a way to see if I could somehow recover my old account.</p><p>Thanks.</p>

<p>Def didn't sell the account. I've had it since about 3 months after release which is why I would like to get it back. Why would I sell an account with crap gear and 1 character that is kind of high?</p>

Be prepared to supply proof of ownership, this can be the CC number that was used to pay for the subscription, the CD key or something like it.</p><p>If it as you say, 1 characters, from 3 months after release with crap gear it might just be worthwhile to just purhcase the software, start a new account and get 30 days free play time, you are going to have to spend the money for the expansions anyway</p>

<p>Wingrider is correct.  Contact CS so that they can reset your Password information and then you can look to see if it was truly hacked and move on from there.</p>

<p>Well I can't do anything now cause its the weekend but I've entered my email as forgotten station name and the account name is not tied to it. Thats why I'm suspecting that it is hacked. I don't have 1 character, you misread. I have one char that is high level. I have a few expansions. I've had the account since a few months after release (Vet rewards etc)</p>

I thought they had weekend hours now, maybe I am thinking of something else</p>
