Downloading - Installing Issue

<p>My friend is trying to download the game but everytime when he reach around 25% the download will just permament get stuck. </p><p>He is running on admin, 64bit ultimate. </p>

<p>tried everything from restarting, turn off both firewall, antivirus. he says the furthest he got is 26% but it will just get stuck. he lives in canada but i don't think that has anything to do with it. </p><p>Is there another way to download the game without going through that launcher? </p>

<p>thats the exact link i gave him. Is there another launcher maybe older one that I might be able to give him. He tried both the top and bottom download stops at 25-26%. He said he even bought SoE game bundle pack before and it allowed him to download the game he was playing fine. </p>

<p>Just keep in mind that SOE does not fully support the older patch methods and a majority of our support rests in the current, LaunchPad 3.</p>
