Billing Dept, please let us know on 1 yr sub account, 30 days advance before expire notice

<p>i have 1 yr subscription, i dont know if i was able to afford large amount for 2nd year run, i may need to revert back to monthly or quartly, maybe if i am lucky to pull a lifetime account.</p><p>since last may/april's hackers made SOE to shut it down and we got free 45 days on active accounts, so i am not sure if it extend to late dec 2011 or early jan 2012.</p><p>so, i would like to ask to get 30/45 days advanced notice, please.</p><p>it will also help keep others on 1 yr sub to be aware of renewal time.</p>
