Ok, I fell off of a Island and bugged out, It said I was dieing but it was happening continously over and over, so I had to close Everquest. I load back in, but now im at the spire on Tenebrous Tangle, however now I am loading over and over in a continuous loop. It loads to my UI and I can run for a second or so, then it loads the zone again. It does this over and over, now i can fortunatly get out by quickly porting out by clicking on the spire and loading to anywhere else. Everywhere else is fine. I have tried alts, same thing.. I thought this may be a corrupted file on my computer, however I went to my other computer and the same exact thing is happening. So its server side, need to get this fixed.

Thanks, Doug

Since its happening on multiple PC's, it is most likely not file corruption so our GM's can dig in to it. You can open petitions out of game directly from our support site/Knowledge Base. Make sure you are clicking the in-game support tab.

Your GM's don't read petition's obviously.

Hi there, IrontailGM here, responding to your petition. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Tenebrous Tangle. It looks like you could have a corrupt file in your cache. For starters I suggest you delete your cache, asset cache, and logincache files in the EverQuest II Directory, and then run a full file scan. There are a few different ways to run the file scan depending on which patcher you're using. Here are some links to the Knowledge Base article for each patcher. If you're using the Station Launcher:http://soe-ing.custhelp.com/app/ans...tail/a_id/28557If you're using the EQ2 Patcher:http://soe-ing.custhelp.com/app/ans...tail/a_id/11598If you're using the streaming client:http://soe-ing.custhelp.com/app/ans...tail/a_id/27195If this issue persists, please let us know and we can explore some other possible solutions. Thanks very much, and please don't hesitate to contact us regarding any other questions and concerns you may have. GMEverQuest IISony Online Entertainment

Even though I knew it wasn't my issue I did this, guess what, it did not work. I have logged on with my wife's account on my computer, does not do it. I resubmitted a question again, but this is ridiculous. I'm just glad its not something completely preventing me from playing.

This is the reference #110911-001229

They have escalated it to a lead GM. Guess were waiting on that. But they have logged on my character and confirmed it is an issue on serverside.

Once the dialog is opened they may make suggestions that seem out of place but it is just the basics that need to be covered. I do apologize how it seemed at first but we'll get you outta there
