<p>I understand it's probably been an extremely stressful evening for you guys.</p><p>That said, I find it hard to believe you can't muster up one employee to post on the forums with an update to whats going on with the servers, update server status, and/or update the station launcher with any information.</p><p>Good customer service goes a long way. Bad customer service or in this case the lack thereof goes a long way too, but not in the right direction.</p><p>You guys already know this and it's redundant to say it, but really I shouldn't have to should I?</p>

<p>Apparently from ZAM chat, they didn't even know the server went down. <p>We are very sorry for the inconvenience on the server being down. It has indeed been pretty crazy over here today. There were a couple of other threads that were replied to confirming that the server was down. I do not know why this one wasn't however.
