<p>About a month or so ago, when Antonia Bayle completed the Dragon Ring, it looked all repaired and nice, and the Druid Portal was visible.</p><p>About a week after, the Dragon Ring again looked ran down and busted up, and though you could click on the portal, it wasn't visible. Was this intended, or no?</p>
