Poor cast speed

<p>I'm in the process of upgrading from PQ gear to ry'gorr and my cast speed is plummeting. I'm at around 50% now with white adorns on cloak, both wrists and both charms. I stand to lose a further 12% from collecting the final pieces of ry'gorr armor. Is this about right for a heroic-geared templar? I know I can adorn my ry'gorr shoulders and forearms when I get them for another 9.2%, but ~60% overall about the best I can expect for now?</p>

<p>Adorns and don't forget the buff for completing epic repercussions (20% cast speed).  Until you get access to better gear, focus on the cast speed to get it to at least 75% ish... after that its all reuse!</p>
