Sanguine Sacrifice and Manaburn

<p>My understanding was that with SS running, after casting MB the power used would be restored.</p><p>What I am seeing is that all my power is used and none is being restored.</p><p>I cast SS then MB - result power is at 0.</p><p>What am I doing wrong?</p><p>Thanks</p>

<p>sanguine replenishes power at a rate of 1% every second.  when you dump it all in a burn, and you have no other power regen running, then it will take 1 sec to get 1% power back.</p>
