<p>If you have not received your free 3 days for EQII for our current WinBack promotion, please open a support ticket and post your incident number here.  I'll spend the day making sure each and every one of you gets the 3 days you are entitled to.</p><p>To add, when I manually add these 3 days to your account, you may not have immediate access to the mount or receive the bonus Station Cash when subscribing or upgrading to DOV.</p><p> I will be submitting a list of Station Names that I manually added 3 days to so that our management team can go through them and add the mounts and SC perksl</p>

<p>I was able to get in yesterday after the automated sweep and I had the mount in the /claim window which was great.  I copied my character over to Extended Freeport server and the mount DID copy with me.  I used it all Saturday night on the Extended server, however, when I logged in today it was gone.  It's not in my mount window or claim window.</p><p>The promotonal e-mail does clearly say the mount is ours to keep forever.  It did copy over but now it's gone.  I would greatly appreciate any help/answer you can provide.</p><p>Thanks</p>
