<p>I was looking at my bank account online and saw SOE has a pending transaction for the 6th.  I havent played EQ2 in months and last billing was in April when I cancelled the sub.  How and why did the billing get started again?</p>

<p>I think i had cancelled around april as well, during the 45 days. But the accounts started charging again as well.</p><p>I think the issue was more with the website with account managment as I was not able to to cancel, I noticed my account did not change status after i would click the cancel. Instead i had to remove credit card info. I think i even had issue removing the Last credit card as it wanted something there. There also seems to be an issue with multiple user accounts and switching. All in all i know its canceled now as i cant even play during this 3 day promo.</p><p>Basically i think the website for account managment needs a going over to make it work more clearly and correclty.</p>
