Rolling first ever toon and going Conj...

<p>Hi all,</p><p>Just thought i would tip my hat and say Hi, as i'm rolling my first ever toon tonight and going Conj!</p><p>Any suggestions /tips on first area to start from all the choices?</p><p>/tiphat</p>

<p>As someone who started just a week or so ago, i found new Halas very nice, the quests flowed to gether well, and the area was pretty easy to navigate.</p>

Have you got Destiny of Velious Compilation Pack or just up to S.Fate? I read this makes a diff, but i thought not till you high levels?

<p>Destiny of Velious doesn't become relevant to you until you hit level 85.</p><p>My advice: Starting area doesn't matter, though New Halas is the newest starting area. Once you hit about level 20, you will be heading to Butcherblock Mountains either way.</p><p>Spend the time and money to Expert/Master out your Earthen Avatar and Fiery Magician pets. Don't let the fact that the Fiery Magician pet is a mage fool you; in Defensive Stance it can take hits very well against your every day solo mobs, and it will more than easily burninate things. I do most of my soloing with the mage pet (only switching to the tank pet for the very hardest mobs).</p><p>You will find that Conjurors are among the easiest classes in the game to level up. However they are also one of the hardest to master. Have fun!</p>
