Any plans to make character transfer tokens truly cross-regional?

<p>are you using a game card or some other type of non-reoccuring payment plan? If so a lot of times the token will not show up and you have to ask CS to flag it to show temporarily</p>

<p>Nope. Token showed up, activated, only US servers listed as destination options. From a US server, that is.</p>
