<p>Tried PMing this a while ago and didn't get a response. Time Warp has had a bug ever since the update that caused dots to double attack properly. Ever since then, ALL dot abilities are being affected by Time Warp. The spell's description clearly states that it is only meant to work on spells, and that's the way it is for single hit abilities. For dots, however, CAs and spells are both double attacking. I've personally confirmed this to be the case for inquisitors, guardians, paladins, and assassins. It works for both normal dot CAs (paladin's Holy Strike, assassin's Stealth Assault, etc.) and ones earned via AA (inquisitor's battle priest line, paladin's Faithful Cry, etc.). </p><p>If this is somehow intentional, then that's just awesome. But I don't think it's meant to work this way.</p>
