How do I get Support from SOE for Everquest II Live / Everquest II Exstended

<p><p>Hi</p><p>How do I get support for Evequest II / Everquest II Exstended From Sony I tried live Txt support and TSR Paul P was really no help at all I contacted Sony directly so I would know exactly what I would lose on copys from 1 server and to another and best he could do was copy and past and didn't have any real answers to my question at all about copying a character with SC items</p></p>
