<p>Due to the exceedingly poor quality of GU61 rolling out to the live servers full of itemization bugs that have changed item use from one class to another, replaced items with different types of items, or flat out made the items worthless to the classes that you were using them on, does SOE have any plans in place to REFUND OUR SUBSCRIPTIONS?  After all, it's the roll out to the live servers of a buggy product that is causing the inability to enjoy playing this game this month.  Until these bugs are fixed, I would like August's subscription refunded immediately.  I would also like some sort of commitment from SOE that these itemization bugs will be fixed by the the end of the week (aka the beginning of September) so that I can feel confident that I will soon be able to enjoy the game as I had pre-GU61 in September (and thus not wasting my money on another month)?</p><p>I find it absolutely disgusting that SOE rolled GU61 to the live servers without full QA testing of the itemization changes.  I find it incredibly unprofessional that a game that has been around since 2004 is still run like it is new to the MMO scene and publishes gameplay-affecting changes desite buggy results and reports from the test servers.  I want a manager in QA to comment on these concerns ASAP or I am cancelling this subscription entirely.</p>

<p>Sorry the technical support department is very separate from QA and while I respect your concerns and opinion on the GU61 update (which, sorry we have much different opinions on) this particular forum is in regards to Account related technical issues, billing errors, etc.  Things that we can troubleshoot together, not a policy discussion.</p><p>If you would like to discuss refund eligibility, I would recommend reading your End User License Agreement, which you signed, and contacting our billing representatives directly for any further discussion on the topic.</p>
