35 Characters locked out of the game that camped in our guild hall! Help!

<p>We have a T1 North Qeynos guild hall on Crushbone.  We all have of our characters logged there. It is home to our guild.   Everyone in the guild gates there, sells, repairs, and camps.  That is normal...</p><p>Every character that camped in our guild hall last night can no longer log into the game!  So far 6 seperate accounts have confirmed this with several characters each.  No one can log in to any of those characters.  This is over 35 characters locked out of the game.</p><p>I found an alt that was not camped in the guild hall and went to our guild hall and when I click enter it shows "Entering Guild Hall / Waiting for zone server"  instead of "Entering <Guildname> guild hall".    So no one can enter our guild hall at all.   The upkeep is paid.  Finally it is says "zone is temporarily unavailable."  and "OK".   Its not ok.   <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/136dd33cba83140c7ce38db096d05aed.gif" border="0" /></p><p>I am not sure what to do here.  This is embarrassing to say the least.  We had plans for this morning and now all of our mains are locked out of the game and we are running around on newbies we created. </p><p>So... we need you to reboot our guild hall or a GM to come move 35+ characters for us.</p><p>/help</p><p>/yell</p>

<p>Butcherblock is having the same issue with SQ guild halls.  Not sure about other zones GH but this is not a good thing for raiding tonight.  As the post above said most of us "live" in the guild hall and camp there.  Hope you'll be fixing it sometime today we have a raid tonight.</p>

<p>You know... you'd think with an issue like this, SOE would make some sort of official announcement for people not to log out in guild halls or zone into guild halls or something. Perhaps on the main forum so people don't do it. Just a thought.</p>

<p>The Guild Hall issues are not support issues at this time and our development teams are working as quickly as possible to have the issue remedied.  This is not an issue on your system that we can troubleshoot together.  We do apologize for the inconvenience.</p>
