<p>You know It's really annoying to come from work login to your favorite MMO and find that all your augments and AA points have been reset. Now you put that across several toons and you are spending hours redoing work that is tedious and keeps you from actually playing the game you paid to play. So you figure well, I'll get this over and done and I'll be set for tomorrow..............so the next day you come home from work wanting to play your favorite MMO AND LO AND BEHOLD...the powers that be at Sony have reset everything again....so now what? I'm to spend hours resetting my toons so that tomorrow it may be that you all do this again?? I pay you money for this?? NO! I pay you money to play a game I enjoy. DO NOT ABUSE your relations with your customers! There's a recession going on and your service IS a luxury. If you continually annoy your customers and make it tedious to play you might find that your service is the next luxury on the chopping block of monthly expenses. GET YOUR ACTS TOGETHER!</p>
