Multi Attack bug or as intended?

<p>Ok, so after all the changes my multi attack which is 412.6 is now saying when I mouse over it that I get 1 additional attack and a 12% chance of a 3rd attack.  Originally it had been posted you would get an additional attack every 100% up to 500% and then the gap became every 200 for an additional attack.  So is this just a display bug, a screw up, or are we being completly ripped up?</p>

<p>actually check your parse.</p><p>that is a tooltip bug.The bug was reported weeks ago, but never actually fixed (imagine that) but it is merely a tooltip bug.MA acts the same up to 600 now.</p>
