<p>im both happy & sad at this. </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>THE GOOD</strong></span></p><p>finally... my arasai (and fae) can fly!  woohoo!! </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>THE BAD</strong></span></p><p>i still have to switch mounts when going into a zone to utilize my mount with the buffs bc flying *is* a mount. that may be a simple game mechanic and is more of a "huh?!", than a plea. </p><p>why is the run speed on the ground less than the flying mount?  really?  it takes up a mount space so why can't i run just as fast when on that mount as i can on my slow-griffon.   please reconsider that decision.</p><p>after the questing, why is that that my floating ability only works if i am *not* on a mount?  im an arasai who can now fly on an invisible mount.  why can't i float on my mount?  when im in instances, i have to equip my cloak of the harvester so i dont take falling damage.  (yes, that is true if i am in a zone where the mount is or is not visible.)  we can't build up safefall, like many other races, who can use their safefall whether on or off a mount.  <strong>now that we can fly, please let our glide work on mounts!!!</strong></p>

I wouldn't care if that didn't work.</p><p>I do however think they could make it allow featherfall, as if it were one of the clouds and carpets.</p><p>It's logical. And I also think that flying mounts should have featherfall when they can't fly. MY GRYPHON HAS WINGS AND CANNOT FREAKING BREAK HIS FALL SPEED? What. the. crud.</p><p>Oh, and I can use safefall on a mount as a fae. What IS that person on?</p>

You're a fairy, with a tiny little body that your wings can lift, and gently float down when falling. How do you propose to justify that working on, say, a rhino?</p><p>Do your wings suddenly get so powerful that they can lift both you AND your rhino? And how do you keep him from falling out from under you while in midair, do you squeeze with your knees *really* hard?</p>
