Some have changed some have not. Bite of the Wolf (warden) hasn't changed at all, Fabled, Mythical and Enervated are all still at pre-gu61 stats.

Fabled Epic should be consistant with Fabled Kunark stat revamp and not be 'Legendary'

Mythical Epic weapons should reflect as such, kunark stats

Enervated is a Fabled weapon and a Sent Fate questline and should reflect that with stats of the expansion is was released in, not a level 80 kunark item.

That is after all the whole point of Enervating you get the cool magics to keep but gain the ability to equip new weapons. It is an 80 to start and is 80 after enervated and should keep the same 80 stats, it should NOT be a free 90 Fabled weapon EVER...

After all you're not "Upgrading" the weapon, you're actually freakin breaking the dang thing, if stats change they should go DOWN if anything to reflect that and encourage new loot acquisition.

They also stated that they will do a complete pass on those items post GU61 when they can concentrate on them and not the other 50,000 items that changed in GU61

With my main just now reaching level 80, I was delighted to be able to complete the mythical quest, thanks to some awesome new acquaintances who were interested in joining me for the much-dismissed "old content." (I realize I'm new, but I've done nothing but old content so far, and have enjoyed (almost) every minute of it.) Many deaths and lessons learned later: success!!

Happily level-locked again so that I can explore at leisure, that special weapon I'm so proud of won't be coming out of my claws for quite some time to come, no matter what the stats are. It does make me a little sad that all the Treasured weapons in my bank are now numerically superior to this one-and-only item of Myth.
