DOV coercer's leggings focus: shockwave

<p>I know this has probably been said before but I figured I'd bring it up again in hopes that a developer reads this.  The focus for the coercer raid pants is a 15 second reduction in the recast of shockwave.  Since most raid coercer sit at or near 100% reuse this focus is COMPLETELY worthless. </p><p>It really needs to be revamped so that coercers can benefit from each focus on each peice of the raid armor like other classes.</p>

<p>Yes it was brought up when they first started to drop as well as when it was a purchasable item with marks, unfortunately now it is forced on you with SOE's itemization. TBH there are many classes that have focus items on their sets that are worthless so the real issue was why SOE was so lazy with this expansion when it came to class gear.</p> <p>Take a look at the damage proc they use on the chest pieces, even though all stats rose and we are expected to put out more DPS to win its still this weak little proc, don't get me wrong I LOVE procs and it looks like they are making a come back to gear, but it was just like they slapped things together and said here look new gear new expansion now everyone just hug each other and rejoice =)</p><p>Slave</p>
