Would it be possible to allow dragging the mount icons from the mount list to the hotbar?

As it is when changing mounts you have to:

* Unmount

* Open character sheet and most likely click again to the mount tab

* Click and drag mount icon to Equipped

* Remount

* (and again shortly thereafter you're likely to have to click the default character sheet tab again to see your equip)

With the flying mount and ground speed changes, there's quite a few places where you can't fly and/or it's faster to use the ground mount (at least for this lowly level 65 character).

Even find myself switching between the Saliraptor and Komodo depending on the zone.

Would be a lot more practical to be allowed to click a mount icon from the hotbar, and even unmount automatically when calling a different mount.

Or make ground speed the same for the specialty critters so you don't have to change back and forth.

Yeah, this is why I just keep 'em in my inventory. Mount window's great, if you've got ONE mount. Otherwise, meh.

I thought I saw somewhere that they had plans to change it to work with multiples... maybe I dreamt it though.

Oh, can I take them back to the inventory? How do you do that?

Or make ground speed the same for the specialty critters so you don't have to change back and forth.

I actually lik changing mounts. Adds more variety. Think it's a good thing that there is not one uber mount. I'm really enjoying the difference between the Saliraptor and Komodo. They're both useful instead of one making the other redundant.

You don't need to drag the icon you can just create a macro. As I've posted before, just do this: (the slot you are equiping the item into do not matter it puts it in your active mount slot)

I should note that if you have a flying mount currently equiped you cannot use the equip action to override it nor can you use the unequip macro to remove it. Please help me in getting this fixed by doing /feedback and /bug on this issue.

EDIT - Oh and I think having the group mounts be faster then the rest on the group is a grand and I would like that to stay unchanged. I even like that the leapers are faster then flyers in the air.
