SpellBlade Counter AA NERF

<p>The Spellblade Counter in the Strenght AA line now <span style="font-size: x-small;"><strong>give 0 Melee dammage - only interrupts the target.</strong></span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: x-small;">Is this correct? What has it been nerfed??? </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: xx-small;">Why does it show 0 dammage when you just examine the tree???</span></strong></p>
