Patcher window and Update notes

<p>Hi. My patcher window still shows SF as the current expansion. And the 'update notes' button hasn't updated since April 19th. As you can see in the attached picture. Is there a reason this is happening? Any info would be great. Thanks.</p><p><img src="http://i54.tinypic.com/eajj0m.jpg" /></p>

<p>That is one of our oldest patch methods which we have since updated a few times.  We do have a more recent LaunchPad for Everquest II but it does not have character select but does have up to date community news.  You may download that from the link below.  I recommend the full download version and re-using your existing EQII game folder so that you do not have to re-download any of game files.</p><p><a href="http://launch.soe.com/eq2" target="_blank">[EQII] LaunchPad</a></p>

<p>I am familuar with the other more recent launch pad cause I have it installed on my Tablet. I dont like it though for two reasons. One is I dont like that there is no character select. Two is when I try to open up a second instance of the game, the new launch pad says im already playing.</p><p>So is there no update for the old patcher then? Im just stuck with the old one?</p>

<p>The full download version should allow you to multibox as much as you want.  I do <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  Make sure its the Full download version.</p><p>The character select feature may not be reintroduced to it as we are approaching the release of a new LaunchPad for all of our games that is not flash based.</p>
