<p>Would it be possible to allow guilds better communication tools for when they join up in an alliance?</p><p>The current chat system allows Private channels, but the passwords aren't always effective, and you cannot kick former alliance people from it when they move on, so the only option left is to create another private channel until you have more eavesdroppers cluttering it up and you need to create another again.</p><p>A dedicated Alliance chat would allow players the option to automatically see which alliance member logged in/out without manually filtering their friends list over and over, and also provide a channel that would only allow authorized guilds to participate in it, so if a player moves on and leaves an alliance guild, they cannot eavesdrop on the chat any longer.</p><p>Since it is merely an enhancement over the existing chat tools, leave the permissions within it set at Guild Leaders only for alliance form-up/disband to prevent accidental goofage by members.</p><p>Would be nice to have this sort of feature eventually!</p><p><img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
