View Full Version : Surge of Ro/Fireshape fix

<p>Been /bugging this since day one and still not fixed.</p><p>When you spec Fireshape a buff shows up called Fireshape. That buff is what adds the passive ability to surge of ro. However if you cancel the buff there is no way to get the buff back besides respecing.</p><p>This is not how it should be implemented as Frigid Gift/Iceshape are working perfectly. No buff, green text passive shows on frigid gift.</p>

<p>I think fireshape is very worthy with the change actually. No clunky macro, get the small ticks from ro.</p><p>BTW if you haven't noticed, we have a ton of magic spells now...Thunderclap,BoD,Arcane Bewilderment, Master Strike, Storming Tempest, Storming of Lightning and static discharge (lol), oh and concussive blast now is viable depending on add numbers. They will all benefit from debuffs when Ro is active.</p>

With a 45s recast, there's just no point to ever casting Fireshape/Surge of Ro. So, yes it is useless. I agree with you though that Fireshape is currently bugged as in your initial post.</p><p>Spell Reach is an equally useless AA because it does not enhance the radius of Fusion, Blast of Devastation, Firestorm, Static Discharge, etc, or boost the tiers on an enhanced Thunderclap to 16m (for a triple hit)/26m (for a double hit). Every raiding wizard who knows what they are doing stands anywhere between 0-20m at all times, so extending the max range of your 25-35m spells is worthless.</p><p>That leaves you with 2 worthless expertise abilities, meaning you only need to buy the other 2 and I guess you have an extra point to put elsewhere.</p>
